Description:

Alternanthera ficoidea var. 'green' is a terrarium plant that is very decorative and sometimes used as an aquarium plant. It can only withstand being submerged for several months and must then be taken out and grown emerged for several months before being submerged again.  It is very hardy and can be used in a Cichlid tank.
