Hydrotriche hottoniiflora is a very fast growing aquatic plant. Bright green stems are sorrounded by whorls of stick like leaves making for a unique texture in the planted aquarium. Fairly easy to grow, it requires medium to high amounts of light. Hydrotriche hotttoniiflora makes for an excellent background plant. Native to Madagascar Hydrotriche hottoniiflora has been a difficult aquatic plant to find.
