Hygrophila balsamica

Hygrophila balsamica is a highly decorative aquarium plant.  It resembles Hygrophila difformis in appearance, but has finer pinnate leaf structure.  Use Hygrophila balsamica in background areas of your aquarium.  Remember to trim back the stems of Hygrophila balsamica as necessary, as it is a fast grower. And don't forget that you can plant the trimmings to grow additional plants.
