Ruellia brittoniana 'Pink Katie'

Ruellia brittoniana 'Pink Katie' is very similar in appearances to Ruellia brittoniana 'Katie'.  The main difference is the flower color is pink instead of purple.  Pink Katie will reach a height of only 12 inches which makes this a good variety for layering in front of taller plants in the water garden. Ruellia brittoniana 'Pink Katie' flowers continuously throughout the summer months adding a bright spot to any pond or water feature.  A great marginal plant it can also be used outside of the water garden so don't be afraid to experiment with different ideas.
