Common Name:      Nymphaea 'Blue Aster'

Nymphaea 'Blue Aster' has deep bluish purple flowers with lots of petals.  The pads are vividly mottled adding for an appealing appearance even without flowers. A vigorous tropical waterlily that is sure to be popular for some time to come. Nymphaea 'Blue Aster' was given the award Best New Waterlily for 2005 by the IWGS.
